Certificate of Incumbency

A Certificate of Incumbency is issued by the Company Formation Agent of the company.

When third-parties would need up to date details about the corporate structure of a company and would accept incumbency certificate issued by the company formation registration agent of the company.

The processing time is 15 working days. The document is sensitive and important so we prefer to send it through courier service, charges for courier delivery will be paid by the customer.

Note: Certificate of Incumbency is not issued by government and it cannot be certified by Apostille in UK.
